The cab screen
A reference for everything visible on the cab screen.
Layout overview
Section titled “Layout overview”The screen is divided into three zones:
- Map — fills the centre and left of the screen
- Route panel — right side, shows ETA, distance, next turn
- Briefing pane — bottom-right, shows risk data and pre-arrival context
Controls
Section titled “Controls”Tap-to-route, two-finger pan, pinch-to-zoom. The map auto-rotates with heading by default; pinch-and-twist locks rotation.
Customisation
Section titled “Customisation”Per-role layouts are configured by your service’s IT team — fire crews see hydrant layers by default, police see ANPR overlays, ambulance see hospital diversion layers.
